Pinch Valves

V-TORK Pinch valves are available with easily replicable sleeves, which reduce the downtime of the plant. These pinch valves are designed to meet harsh slurry working conditions which is used in Steel plants, Mining plants, Chemical plants & Power plant etc… Two piece design structure helps for easy maintenance.

The V-TORK pinch valve sleeve consists of three distinct layers Inner Layer, Reinforcement Layer & Outer layer.

Inner Layer is the wear tube that provides excellent resistance to wear and abrasion, making it a highly durable component in the sleeve’s design.

Reinforcement Layer is constructed with special-grade fabric, ensuring robust structural support for the sleeve.

Outer layer serves as a protective covering, enhancing the sleeve’s overall performance and longevity.

The reinforcement layer, made from high-quality fabric, strengthens the sleeve to withstand demanding operational conditions, ensuring reliable performance and extended service life.
